Thanks Larry. It was a horrible kit to build but the efforts were worth it all in the end. I built it for and gave it to a very good friend of mine for a Christmas present two years ago.

Looks like he used on his teeth instead of his eyelids. Seen a lot of tutorials on this weathering, it looks so easy when someone else is doing it. I will give it a whirl one of these days.

It's not that hard to do. Practice on spare pieces that you have laying around. This stuff is an excellent tool in the any weathering process as far as I'm concerned.

Just ordered this bad boy today. I've got the tools in a boxing I've had since the early 90's. I've also got the original tiled floor garage in my stash but the kit is ALL warped and distorted from years of heat due to being stored in my garage. I'd like to say I'll build this sometime within the year.

Cool, I have the other more modern set but I've yet to do something with it When I bought all this stuff the first time I really didn't have the skill or know how to pull it off right. I feel a lot more confident I'll be able to do something better with it now.

My wife built me this and it's a lot bigger than the picture shows. I really like it except I would like to change out the floor.

It's taken me a while to get this posted but I wanted to make sure I made the proper time to get all the shots of what this guy has done for me. Last month Al and I were talking about a Max Wedge Dart after I saw the blue one posted here. He sent me this cool a$$ package with ALL KINDS of goodies in it.
I got a '64 426 Max Wedge Dart:
Some slicks and skinnies:
and a Matt and Debbie Hayes 351 Windsor
and for good measure , good ol' Al threw in the bonus! A 1964 Belvedere kit . It's about 90% there so all I have to come up with are some wheels and some seating.
Thanks Al.............................YOU DA BOMB!!
