Nice work area Dale!! Shame the fridge cant keep you cold ones anymore, but for sure it lends to a huge practice area!! Nice "scrunch" work. Really like your use of fishtanks for those big scale builds. Definitely a good reuse for something we all would just throw away. Love that red wall too buddy!! LOL Dennis, what can I say man - you have kits EVERYWHERE!!!! Totally awesome stash sir!! The work area looks well suited for ya, everything in close reach, does explain why ypu come up with some masterful engines and builds!! Awesome Sir!! It takes a very special friend to come up with a wall like that mate.. It is the feature in my lounge room. praising-the-lord-smiley-emoticon

Thanks. I'll remember that. I think I'm going to have a problem with this. I doubt I'll be posting any more pictures.

oldguy,
Even if you rename a folder in photobucket, you would need to repost the pics.
PB can be be a little finicky, but once you get used to it, it is fairly easy. Don't give up bud, we are all here to help my friend.

Thanks guys for the help. I'm going to figure this out if it kills me. I have to retake some pictures and post to PB and then to here. Maybe tomorrow. Does Flickr work any better/different? Or is the same basic concept?

Or is the same basic concept? Your pics should still be in PB, as they don't disappear unless you go through the steps to delete them. What i do, i set up a heap of empty folders, one for build ups in progress, then a few for different finished builds like,
HOT RODS, MUSCLE CARS, MOPARS ETC......
PB is good but once you post a pic, you cant re-name the folder, or move that pic to another folder, however, i have never used fotki or flickr etc.
good luck with it mate, don't let technology beat you up.

That desk shows that you are very active in the great hobby of model building. I really like the variety in your stash. Variety is one of the signs of a great model builder. Got me some points just then didn't I !!!!! Bananezorro

Got me some points just then didn't I !!!!! Bananezorro I should have opened up the keyboard tray on the table, it's full of the small humbrol paint tins. They fit it perfectly and even leave space for the new brushes. I'm trying to find another desk the same height now to give me some more space to work at

Buddy, that work area, I agree with everyone else, that means you are after it!! Great stash as well mate! I know what you mean by having no room.
I currently have several stashes - one in the weight room, dining room, garage, closets, and of course the multi desk hobby room! AAAAAGH!!! It's a wonder my wife has not kicked me out yet, LOL

Now if you get that guy out of the way, you will have way more room.... That's a nice clean and good sized work area mate. This is what i did too, filled in the sunporch ( Verandah in Aussie speak ). Now i look back into the house, straight at the TV while building... perfect.

Well I went to take some pictures of the hobby/art room and realized it was a freaking mess. So I will post some later after I have had a chance to make it look more like a sane human goes in there. Here is one shot of some kits that will shortly be stacked neatly in the closet or on a shelf..

Nice selection mate, but there is no such thing as a mess in a model room, it is Organized Chaos"..... we are busy guys, and we know where everything is.... ( if anybody asks).

Thanks guys. Well I went to clean and ended up working on my jaguar xjr8 model. I did manage to get a couple weeks worth of fast food drink cups out so less chance of a bacterial attack. I really like your set up sharp it's like a lair.
