Thanks guys!
Martin: I've since lost another 4 lbs and need to loose yet another 5 lbs to reach my goal. Then it's off to re-shaping what's left.

Just got caught up here Joe.
Looks fantastic. And congrats, and continued good luck with your weight training.
Did you say you were going to move the wheels forward MORE? It looks a bit too much in the above pic.
Or did you mean a smidge in the up/down axis?
Keep up the great work sir.

Thanks fellas Mark, Dean and Jay.
Mark: Not moving the front wheels and tires forward but inward to put them more under the front fender. Tops are touching right now.

This'll be my second go round with these door panels as I didn't prime them before painting the first time and the paint lifted when I tried to apply the BMF to the trim areas. Bummer! So I stripped them and began with priming this time but ended up using Molotow Chrome the second time instead of BMF. Picked up this new acrylic primer from Badger called STYNYLREZ. It's an acrylic polyurethane primer and I was pretty impressed with the results. Just apply in thin coats and it goes on smooth as a baby's butt: Finished door panels. I used German Luftwaffe RLM 79 Desert Tan with some shadowing here and there and chromed the details and trim with Molotow Chrome:

Thanks you guys. I appreciate the comments very much! Update on the console. Just about got this one done. I need to do my usual trick on the shifter though as I hate OOB shifters. Too bulky/ fake looking.

Thanks you guys! The exact stance and look that I'm going for. BTW...the General Lee was NOT an R/T....but it does look better in that trim...………….aaand that's what I'll be going with. I simply cannot build a Charger any other way folks. emotion-11

Underway you day? for me that would be finished, lol LOL! Thanks Les. I've still gotta paint and install the shifter, add the foot pedals, HVAC case and then there's the dash and steering wheel.

Ok folks I've got this part finished and will be moving on to the engine firewall and then interior fit into the body which doesn't look like it's gonna be that fun. But in any case....the completed dash:

WOW!!! that dash looks awesome buddy!!!! Thanks Mike. To me, dashes have to be as near perfect as possible because it's one of the first things to get looked at when viewing the interior. A bad dash job kind of throws the whole interior off keel no matter how good the rest of the interior may look. It's plainly visible to a true Charger enthusiast but I did accidentally get the two gauges wrong. They should be flip flopped from side to side. lol
