It looks good. I will try one but I like the tip on their extra fine chrome marker better for detailing.

Cheers mate, I see some other stuff there I might order too. Those replacement spraycan caps are good for changing spray patterns, I used to have some but seem to have lost them, but you can almost use cans as an airbrush with them, if your paint has the right type od nozzle

I still see the benefits of BMF and all but I'll at least get to use the kit chrome and be able to cover the little boo boo's commonly associated with removing the chrome parts from the sprue up.............among other things of course. I'm anxious to see how it does outside of the video.

It looks great on that graffiti. If it'll look that shiny on trim, I'm in!

That does look good. I use liquid chrome and gold pens I get from Hobby Lobby and they look just as good but I don't think they go on as smooth. I am going to try these and make a comparison.

Big D which department and brand do you get at Hobby Lobby? Pilot is the brand www.hobbylobby.com/Art-Supplies/Drawing-Illustration/Markers/Silver-Gold-Extra-Fine-Paint-Markers/p/8072 In the artist section where the paint brushes are they are usually on the end isle where the artist pens and ink are. These are the extra fine point. They have big tip sizes also. They are liquid type, they have a plunger in them and you have to shake them like a rattle can. The silver is not silver it's very much chrome and the gold is very much gold. They take a little practice but they sure work.

I just order a set of 3 in different sizes. I think it's going to be a good investment.

I would like to know if it changes when you clear coat it. So many chrome paint and pens etc. change to something like silver or aluminum and lose their shine when you use clear on them, even Future. Please advise.

I just gave all three pens a trial run and the results were amazing. I'm impressed with them. I'm going to let them dry real good and clear coat them and see if they stay chrome of fade like most do.

Okay I colored in the window chrome with mine yesterday and check today to see if it would rub off while handling. I believe it will be fine. I then colored a piece of chrome spruce that was unplated where it was clamped during the chroming process. I could barely tell where the plating stopped and the pen began....I then jumped on a chromed bumper that had some flashing in a highly visable place. I sanded the flashing off and colored it in with the pen....looks perfect! I certainly hope this remains shiny for years to come because Im going to start using this a lot!
