I wanted to give you a heads up here. Every kind of chrome paint or pen I have used has always changed and lost the chrome look to one of aluminum or just gone very dull when it is clear coated either with clear coat spray or Future. I used all three sizes of these pens and let them dry good and then clear coated them with spray clear coat and Future and the shiny chrome look stayed nice and bright and shiny chrome. So they can be clear coated with no fear. Thanks for posting these pens Mr. White.

I would like to pass on a little tip I learned using the chrome pens. After some use or if you use them some and then put them up for a while the paint tends to dry on the tip and they don't work a well or will give you little problems when you go to use them again. When that happens dip the tip in lacquer thinner or paint thinner and then put the tip in a napkin or paper towel and twist the pen with the tip in the napkin and it will take off the dried paint and work good as new.
