Steve Im sorry I didnt keep up with this as you were building it. It has turned out fantastic! two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon As for drilling out the headlights to replace them, I found that the recesses in the grille are deep enough to just glue clear lenses from the parts box right over the molded in headlights.

Thanks for the comments ak and yes thats what I had done to the headlights as I was running out of time. Although it looks good if you look at a 1:1 they are set back a far bit thats why the next one I do I will drill them out and replace them. Cheers Steve
