I stumbled across this on eBay and decided to buy it. Cost with shipping was $50. That's about twice what I normally pay for a model, but I think the person selling it undervalued it. Just try and find one and you'll see what I mean. It was an open box, but all the parts seem to be there except for the air cleaner, and mabye I just missed that. It's a pretty simple kit, but it does have an engine, and the detail looks very good. Also just saw a Johann 1963 Chrysler 300 for sale, but that one is $75. I have to draw the line somewhere.

yes indeed you scored well sid rarely seen johan they can be very detailed considering that company is best know for making promo's before they ever started marketing kit's sometime's you get good deals on those but seem's the norm for finding those you find the Desoto all over the wagon's now and then to and the usual 62-67 mopar varients ford's now and then but 50 bucks is cheap for some of those a friend gave 40 for the boss man caddy sealed so very nice score but I do know that series of kits was out into the 80's now what ya gonna do build it lol

Great score Sid. Rare and hard to find. I agree, the seller undervalued this one.

This one will be up next after I finish the '55 300 I'm working on now. Still cogitating on what color I'd like it to be. thinking-hard-smiley-emoticon

Just found another one that I've been wanting for a long time! Also $50, and also the only complete (hopefully) one I've seen. I REALLY must stop now. frantic
