Hey guys and gals, I've had a couple of requests on how I did my iron for the diorama in the build off ( Aussie backyard shed). So here goes, First you will need to get yourself a paper crimper, I bought a Fiskars brand one ( Paper crimper), but there are others. Then you will need to get some of the disposable oven trays, I got the medium ones as it worked out cheaper. I tried beer cans as I have plenty to cut up from reading all the great threads on here Popcorn%20and%20drink%20emoticon_zpsnbkzs8ys , they seem atad to thick to get a decent crimp. Then cut so you have this, Then I cut them in half, as the crimper only takes upto 165mm (6.5") I smoothed out the ribs as much as i could, then insert in to crimper and crimp. I move it back and forth to make sure it is done properly and it also limits curling. You should end up with something like this Enjoy people, if you have any questions please ask away.
