Thanks for posting this. That Cadillac looks horrible. Not excited about any of them this time around. Maybe that'll keep me from buying more kits. Haha

I just picked up the Fast N Furious 70 Charger kit and a 70 Plymouth Road Runner kit. Did not see the release info before getting the Charger kit. If I would have seen it I would have waited for the R/T. The Road Runner kit was on sale at my local Hobby Town for 12.71. I did not need the kit but could not pass up a deal like that!

I do like the fact that there's a 1970 Charger among the line up. Don't see too many of those outside of that Fast and Furious ridiculous looking offering.

I had been going to Revell's site everyday since April 1st. The one day I didn't go they release the announcement. I found out a day later when visiting the Randy Aires NASCAR forums. We are getting 2 new Ford Stock Car glue kits this year as well. I am stoked about the Charger and the Stock Car kits! Not sure what I want to do with the Fast N Furious kit now. I am not into the blown motor look. I wonder if any aftermarket resin guys have a hood that will fit this kit and the door scoops?

I picked up a couple of the F&F Chargers and think they are pretty sweet. The only real issue I have with them are the 69 Charger tail lights. I wrote to Revell about them last August and was assured that the F&F Charger was a replica of the movie car and that the R/T would be factory stock. Hum....now since the F&F kit has so many discrepancies from the actual moive cars, I seriously doubt that they will catch the tail light issue. Guess I will nust have to wait til they release it to see......ps. Im already working on revising one the the tail light panels on one of my F&F Chargers.

I too brought a few of the F/F Chargers...... what a disappointment they were, but did come up OK after a LOT of work if one was not too worried about correctness. Good to see you again too mate.

DeeCee, when I build my F&F Charger I plan to replace the door panels with sheet plastic and cover it with aluminum from a soda can. Then use the racing seats from a Revell 90 Mustang drag car and of course modify the tail lights to make them more like 70 units. I'm sure I'll do a few more mods here and there, but I think these will make a world of differance. Best of luck with yours!
