Got woken up early this morning.

Sounds like a typical drunk driver move to me. Hate it that kind of misfortune happened to you but just glad nobody got hurt. It's all going to work out in the end for you bud.

Hey bhb sorry to hear that we bought a new car a while back when I first became disabled and wife had it a work some dumb $$$hit it buy time wife got out there they was Gome never cough the $$$$$$$ so I feel the pain a least no won was in it or hurt It amazing what some people do

Thanks guys.they have not found them yet so it's most likely not going to happen. Car is at the body shop, (had to be towed) because it only turned one way, was all over the road just trying to go down the street, and the front tires just screech. This car is a mess. Most likely will find out Monday or Tuesday just how bad it really is. Now being an optimist if, and I say IF this is only body panels and front suspension and no other damage the car will be able to be fixed and should have no lasting or chronic issues. However, the bottom of the side of the firewall brace appears to be pushed back an inch or so, the door does not close, the windshield has a larger gap at the top on that side of the car and it also appears it's pushed in towards the center of the car. That is not good. I suspect the frame is also pushed in as the impact was very hard. I will let you know. I am playing a game of What Do You Know on the repairs. I figure just the body panels, etc will be 4K to 5K just to replace, repaint, and install etc. If there is in fact front frame and greenhouse damage that will double the repair bill easy. So. The car will be close to 9K to fix, 8K at a minimum and there is worth 10K at best. Does not sound like a repair, sounds like a total loss but again, we will see. Well, back to spending time with my grandkids in the U.P. of Michigan and put the phone down before the old ball and chain yells at me. See ya!!
