Bit of a mix up this, as I bought these a few days ago..... The truck, once I mocked it up, is orrible ! I just don't like the shape of it... The Charger on the other hand makes up for it, really crisp details, its like a Tamiya. So I figured id use the Charger, and add the trucks wheels, and apologies to all you Mopar guys, but the Ford trucks got a cool supercharged 5.4L that's going in too ! Going to get a stripped out interior, rear wing and diffuser, possibly a front splitter, all the usual pro touring stuff... But its a bugger to lower, but its going to be LOooOW ! Problem is you build the engine, interior, then add these to the chassis. Then add these to the body, then the suspension is Last !! So its hard to mock up suspension until half's the kits built ! Anyway, I've already cut the inner wings out, and I think I can get it to sit like this ! !

Started on the interior, as I need this together to work out the ride height ! Nice crisp door details.... pity I cut them up ! The handles, pocket, and armrest etc were cut off, the panel smoothed, then chrome covered plastic panels fitted. They looked a bit plain, so I added a bead roll using a pin ! Dash is next then a full roll cage ! Before.... After....

Here is an option. which might make it easier for you, if you fit a F..FF..FFFF..FF other engine in it, you will need to probably change engine mounts and sump, exhaust etc, why not fit the Mopar engine and graft the supercharger on to the top of it, it will be way easier, and you will be able to sleep at night.
What I have done on these kits before, when you remove the inner engine bay fender, just move it inboard about 3-5mm, and put it back, it will look factory, but not..
Either way you go with it, I am pretty sure it will look awesome.... IT'S A MOPAR !!

I'll google that BLOWFISH Cuda for sure. That sounds cool.

Haha don't worry Joe, no problem ! Been following Impalows builds for a while, I love the stuff he creates. All the very latest 3D printing, vacuum forming, and shadow cutters etc, its like watching the future of model building, he also has a wild imagination !

Sorry no updates on this for a while....I've had a problem !! icon_bored_zpscodtnzo5 This charger body really curves inwards down both sides, correct for a charger I guess, but I've built a roll cage loop and can't fit the interior into the body without snapping the cage. I've popped the dashboard out too its a real squeeze ! Sounds easy to fit but its driving me nuts ! Might have a rethink and come up with an idea that doesn't use a cage.... gaah

This is going to be a cool build lowlife. Just a suggestion if you cut the roll cage loop in the center and remove a bit from each side then bend it in slightly to give you that curve and re glue should do the trick. Had the same problem on one I have going on at the moment. Also removed the inner guards and replaced them with ones from the amt super bee pro street kit which gave me a lot more room for a decent set of headers. Hope this might help you out. Cheers

I have an old general lee parts kit I've stolen lots of parts from, if there's a cage in it you can have it if it helps
