I'm very late to the game. Life has been getting in the way, but made lots of progress today. Started with this kit, Looking to use this as a little inspiration, As you can tell from box, this isn't a curbside, Body painted in white primer followed by several coats of Duplicolor Hyundai Pearl White, Started chassis painting, still more to go, A few items detail painted, Will use the roof, dash, and front bumper CF decals and save the rest, And now I would like y'alls opinion on wheels. I know they are similar, but I think there's enough difference Tomorrow, I hope to get body cleared, finish painting and assembling chassis. and start painting interior. Will see if I can finish by end of month

Uou have a really good start on this. I think the five spoke [bottom ones] would look good.

Theirs has the Toyota body badge though. Way better that the usual sh!tbox's they usually make them drive.

Looking good. Why do you leave parts on the trees for painting? Makes for alot of touchup later.

Looking good. Why do you leave parts on the trees for painting? Makes for alot of touchup later. Everything that's black was molded that way. Most of attachment points will not be seen. Only one that may be an issue is rear spoiler. 3 seconds on a race track is a HUGE amount of time on a less than 2 mile track

More progress made today. Chassis all but done; missing two panels and exhaust, which I can't find gaah Engine block done, Interior bucket painted and flocked, door panels and dashboard Body now clear coated, still needs to be polished. Hopefully, the pearl shows in pictures, And a little more carbon fiber, roof will get same treatment. Hope I have enough Micro Sol, Not bad progress for two days. Still have to finish painting interior, assemble light assemblies, and a few other items. Still hope to finish by deadline

I've gotta say that I'm very impressed by Aoshima kits so far. This kit has a lot of beautiful details right out of the box! I've got the Aoshima Mad Max Falcon and that thing is just drippin' with detail (aside from an engine). Good progress so far and that interior looks pretty dang good!
A friendly caution: you might wanna reserve all your personal info for those you want to share it with there my brutha. Stuff like your full address, account numbers and all that good stuff on that piece of paper you're takin' all those beautiful photos on. In this day and age one can never be too careful.

Looking good. Joe is right. You can get a 2'x3' piece of white posterboard from Walmart for a buck to take pics on, works great.
