Finished up the brakes tonight, only 7 parts each, lol. Also got some parts painted and am now hoping for a couple of days of decent weather so I can get the body and chassis painted.   |

Well after waking up to thick fog, the sun managed to burn it's way through so I got it painted.  in the shade it's a plain dark blue  in the sun the pearl shows  with the flash it goes a little more mental though I wasn't expecting that |

Cheers guys, it's got some orange peel but I don't know if I'll get it finished in time (already a bit behind) as I took my gran to hospital tonight. Turned out to be nothing really wrong but we thought she had a stroke. Still better safe than sorry

Little update, they now think it was a little stroke but not enough to do any damage. All the signs for FAST (face, arms, speech, time to call an ambulance) were there, and even the a+e dr thinks it was, but she should get home today

Glad to hear! I feel your pain. My mom had a bad one last year but she's mostly back to her old scrappy self. Therapy is key!

I'm not going to make it in time guys, just had no time to work on it the last few days and I think I have about 3 days of work left to finish it. I'll still get it finished before I start next months truck build though

I never said I was sleeping, 3 women in the house and they were having a bodyshop warpaint party so obviously the house has to look like nobody has ever lived here before they trash it, when I have a party it's is the fridge full of beer and is there somewhere to sit, lol. Anyway got some time to work on the lexus while they were screaching like seagulls on a dead whale. Still plenty to do but a chunk more is done. Still some gold/bronze mix to go on the catalytic convertor and steel/gold on the front box, decals to go on the tv's in the headrests and pipes from the turbo to the intercooler.    I also have to repaint the head as the chrome pen reacted with the first colour so I think I have another plan for it now that will be a bit more drift style |
