PERFECT stance mate, if the chassis is just touching, give it a sand on the bottom, if it don't touch, it's legal.... Great choice of wheels too mate. It's only the front crossmember touching when dropped, lets call it anti theft device, lol.

Spent a bit of time scratch building some hydros this afternoon. I used plastruct plastic wrapped wire for the main body of them, a paper hole punch on thin plastic sheet to get the circles better than I ever could by hand, and I wound some beading wire around the handle of a small file for the springs on the bottom. I'll let the pics explain the process. Yet again for this build they have been coloured in with the chrome pens. Now I have to work out how to plumb the hydros. They aren't quite finished as I'm waiting for the pens to dry.

I meant to say, when u slam the back end sometimes the prop hits the centre of the chassis ! Often on real rides they have to cut this to allow the prop movement ! Just thought you might want to check, might save you problems later

As long as you drive slow when you take it off the shelf to go to the store the prop shouldn't be a problem.

You'll like them mate, get all 3 sizes if you can. I think foil will still be better for trim though as they can drip a little but they dont need primer!!

Not had much peace to get much done the last few days, but I have got the one side of the engine done. I've changed back to the kit 348 for ease of fitting and I'm sure I dont need to tell you what it was coloured in with.

I do have several spare bodies in which to do that on though.

I do have several spare bodies in which to do that on though. They're not that bad to use, it's more handling afterwards thats making me use foil as I dont think they would stay shiny after polishing and I dont want to use future on the body as I've heard it balls up instead of sanding normally

With Future, wait until you are ready to clear and put the future on then and leave it. If the paint is the way you want it put the Future on it and you are done. That is one fine looking engine you made there Killer.

I'll be using future on the underside and engine (when I pick some up) but I will be polishing the body and I feel safer sticking with duplicolour for the clear on it
