Hi guys, I am sure some of you will know of this site http://www.scalemates.com but I thought I would post up a link for the new guys. It can be handy to find out some release dates and the different box art for many kits, and has a stash manager feature that allows you to have an online record of what you have. It covers all types of plastic models, and if you dont see a kit you have you can add it to the database.

I'm the same, I go on it from time to time when I'm bored or looking to see if something is available or in a different box to see if it cheaper

That place will also save you a ton of money as I've been using that one for years. If there is an old kit that you really want, car, plane or whatever , you can usually find the latest release of it to get it a lot cheaper than say a classic version of the same kit.

I hadn't thought about that, but I usually buy then look so maybe I should change that habit. Might make my stash grow even faster, lol

It often works out GREAT.
