This was a poor built up I immediately pulled this one apart. Pitched the entire chassis as it was garbage. The body had some of the thickest paint on a model I have ever seen. Look at the drivers rear quarter panel at the bottom of the back of the wheel opening. That is a HUGE paint run. They were all over the body. I gave it a strip, primered it and rounded out the back wheel openings. Next was to modify a Revell Glidden T Bird chassis and make it fit. Going to be adding a Cowl hood and some other goodies soon. Wow! Man you're right about the paint run! I can't say I never did that! The only way I was ever able to get shiny paint jobs when I was younger was to ..........well........spray on more paint!! sorry%20bout%20dat_zps1nny96hw Nice work so far on this one! |
