So, here we go. I'll be the first to admit that it has been a VERY long time since I have an aircraft. Did a few in my early teens and was happy for them just to stay glued together! Accuracy? I'd never heard of it back then. Now, however, it's a different ballgame altogether and I'll admit to suffering from pre game nerves. I hope my skills in building it are better than my photography skills. This is the paint scheme I thought I'd go with. The yellow may be a problem but I'll worry about that later.

This is going to be flippin' AWESOME to watch come together. That's the kit we were just talking about, and it was released in 2018. Honestly, in looking at the directions these are a TON easier than the A-8 from Eduard that I built 11 years ago now and you chose one with a fairly easy paint job on it. The engine in this kit is pretty straight forward and features only the face of the engine as seen from the front with only a hub center piece as the second part of two total for the engine See Step G of the instructions here: Fw190 A-2 Instruction Sheet Easy peezy. It's a big difference from the 2007 release Eduard kits where the full two row BMW 801 engine was included in the kit.....not for the feint of heart: Fw190 A-8/R2 Instruction Sheet
