I'll chuck my hat in, this is an Aoshima Hilux, built pretty well out of the box, but added some seats, shifter and steering wheel from my parts box. There is a subculture in Japan of guys that build these massive 4x4s with a bit of a USA influence and they are always super clean! This is supposed to mimic one of those. Paint is Tamiya Candy Lime Green.
Thanks for looking.

Man that is one SWEET build Bruce. I'm not much of a Hilux fan(I worked on those things in Iraq for almost two years) but this one looks pretty dang good to me with that paint job and the wheels and tires that you used. Interior and chassis are "all that" with all of the detail painting that you put into it.

Vey cool, I got one of these after you last showed it Thanks guys, appreciate the commments. Stitch If you don't particularly like or want a jacked up Hilux model, the chassis does lend itself well to other builds. This required only a few small mods to fit the blown Hemi!

I really like the work that I'm seeing on that worn out ride that you built. One wonders what you could do with say.......a duece and a half??!!
