The Apr theme reads "Pre WWII era-stock only". Does that mean box stock only (using only the parts that came in the kit), or factory stock (built the way the they would have come from the factory)? Thanks in advance!

Big rigs! Big or small, no matter what the theme - let's get away from all of these cars!!!! Tractor trailers, any kind of semi, any tractor, any thing from a little Dodge tractor to a full blown semi! We can do this! Don't cars get a little boring after awhile?
