Yes I've bought another one of these. I bought and built the first one in 2016, how time flies!

I have a few of these in my stash. I've never seen one build before, it would be interesting to see one done.

Well guys, the kit was delivered today 04.05.22. The kit is still in the factory sealed bag, but the box and instructions look as though they have been stored somewhere very damp for some years! Interesting though that the date on both is 1965! This is my first try at one of these back in 2016. I changed the wheels/tyres for six matching, scratch building the trailer, surfboards and printing the decals. This is posed on a beach somewhere!

Thanks sharp. I hope I make the 'new' one look the same as in real! Update 08.05.22. I cut open the bag today and checked all of the parts for molded info. On the underside of one part it has 'Ed Roth 1965'. The damaged box has on printed on it ' Revell Inc Venice California, Copyright 1962-1965' If it was a re-issue it would have on the box ' Revell-Monogram Morton Grove, IL with a 1993 copyright date'. So it's that old!

Thanks Deano. I'm now trying to decide what wheel/tyre combination to put on Surfite 2. As I haven't anymore Meyers Manx wheels/tyres as above I'll try some Centrelines like my lowered Manx.
