A Revell BMW I-8 Electric, on my shelf for about 12 or more months. Realised that I hadn't started because to was moulded in dreadful black like a funeral car, so had to paint it.  It must be some sort of camo but 100% better than black! |

Your paint job has me intrieged, sorta reminds me of the old bmw art cars from the late 70s/early 80s

Thanks stichdup, but added more paint to body. Will slide out wheels, pop off tyres, clean up and re- paint, add doors glass etc. Rear door opens OK but won't pose side doors open as I haven't enough room/space in the display cabinet.  |

Thanks mustang1989. Yes I'm also looking forward to this one! Today, the windows are in and the doors on. I had to scrape away the inner door paint and the paint round the door openings on both sides to get the doors to go 'in' and fit properly. So should finish it soon.
