Hey folks. Since I couldn't finish this build for the October MOTM I wanted to get it done by the end of this month so I could jump into race car MOTM for December. Also, because I scaled my ambitions back this turned out to be more of a restomod than a pro touring. I got paint on it but still need to clear it but I couldn't help mocking it up to the chassis. Things are looking good at this point, other than some cleanup and accent and interior painting on the body there is not much left to do. Thanks for looking and commenting.

I'll echo the sentiments regarding the body color. Those go together quite well. Good looking stance on her too.

I must say however that I saw a 1970 with that color scheme and had to try it. Almost done now but the modified headlights and putting it all back together. I hope to post finish pics Monday. We kinda go all out for Halloween, plus my team is playing so no bench time on Sunday.

The neighborhood kiddies and their parents enjoyed our display and a great time was had by all. My team lost though but since I spent all day outside I was spared watching it. |

Well, a month or so late but its finally done. Trying to fit those huge meats under the rear was tough. They came off a DC Mustang but I printed slimmer front tires and cut the rims to fit. The hood is resin from Lex on eBay. The rear spoiler was made from two 69 Camaro spoilers joined together, and the engine is from the Lindberg late model Super Bee kit with a custom manifold to fit under the hood. This looks great Dennis, I really like the colour scheme.
The engine upgrade is a cool touch too.
I know I'm a bit late to the party on this one but do you have any photos of the body mods in progress or a link to a post showing the body work, I'm working on a '71 Cuda at the mo and I'm interested to see how you did it?
