That is in fact true Leon. That's been coming for some time now. Kind of hoping that doesn't mean the rattle cans as well but hey.....it is what it is.

So true! I stopped at my LHS several months ago for some bottle paint and the date on it was almost a year ago. I think Rust-Oleum bought Testors paints just for the customer base and decided to start cutting out hobby paints. I had a can of Model Master Hemi Orange leak and empty itself of all propellant. I Notified Testors and I got a reply from Rust-Oleum saying that they would replace that can of spray paint. They sent me 3 cans of paint instead of one which tells me that they want to get rid of their stock of hobby paints. We may have to switch to other manufacturers of paint like Tamiya, Humbrol, Vallejo or from an online manufacturer like MCW, Zero, Scalefinishes or Gravity Paints Europe.

I been decanting Tamiya spray paint for airbrushing for about four years now.I like the way the Tamiya paint lays down. For me Tamiya is the way to go! But i will miss the wet look clear, that stuff is awesome!

Rustoleum wants to promote its commercial brands so yeah, gonna loose the metalizers I truly love to use as well as the rattle can stuff. Rumor has it the acrylics will remain but...That remains to be seen. On the up side...Revell has started its own paint lines...Lacquers and acrylics so there is hope... Yeah, I like Tamiyas rattle cans too. Been decanting that stuff for years.

I will miss the metalyzers the most. They are so versatile and easier to use than others.

But i will miss the wet look clear, that stuff is awesome! Yeah I'm gonna have to buy a few more cans of that stuff till I can find a suitable replacement.
