This is the third model off my bench for 2020, not bad considering I only build 4 for all of 2019!!
It's an AMT 1962 T Bird, very nice kit to build and excellent detail straight out of the box. Shaved all the badges and trim, opened up and cleaned the bonnet vent. Lowered it, Pegasus wheels. Gave the engine a bit of detail, embossing powder for carpet, Tamiya racing white with pearl clear. (the car's 4th paint job!!!)
Enjoy and thanks for looking.

Sweet, I love the clean look on this and painting it white just shows how slick it is

Building convertible autos is a daunting task because you have to get it ALL right. The body, engine area but most of all.....the interior. If that's not right it seems to give a build a "bloody nose". This is CERTAINLY not the case here. Every aspect of this ride is just gorgeous. Really did an impressive job with this one Bruce.

Thank you Joe, really appreciate your comment, and totally agree. I'm usually put off building convertibles for that exact reason.
