I used to be a professional freehand tattoo artist but gave it up as it ruins your eyes. And this hobby doesn't? lol

Neat work Ken, not many people can draw horses and still have them look like a horse

Hi mate we have loads of horses here I drew that and gave it to the woman I thought owned the horse, turns out it was the vet, but hey she liked it, and I'm only the gardener.

If it's anything like the horse owners up here they're just a status symbol and the vet knows them best anyway. It has always seemed odd to me that you have to pick up dog mess but a horse can just clart the entire street and nobody complains, lol.

I remember you showing me some of these before, and still, your drawing skills are awesome. I am a huge fan of the ink, so if we ever get to take our round the world dream vacation, I would like you to tat me up something!!!

Mate I would have loved to tattoo you but I sold (well i say sold i practically gave away my stuff to my apprentice) actually I was on a bit of a crusade to improve the rep of tatt studios I had lots of rules no tatt's below the wrists or above the neck, no obscene language no pics of intimate tatt's, I had a kids corner with a TV and videos (lots of Disney films) colouring books, proof of age, I thought my apprentice shared my view, I signed the lease over to him, after a yr the place was full of druggies and boozers six months later it was shut. I knew almost straight away how it was going to go, a month after I signed over the lease someone I refused to tatt as he wanted f... o.. on his lip came upto me and had great pleasure telling me he'd had it done in my studio. Not one of my better decisions.

That does stink Ken, I know what you mean though. You can teach someone the skills, but you cannot, know matter how hard one tries, teach someone decency and how to do right by others. His loss I say - piss off to him, you set him up right, and he blundered it all away - there will come a day he will regret it no doubt. Karma gets everyone! Morals and common sense are long gone in this world unfortunately.
