Hi Guys!
So I know this is well over due, but here are the pictures of my completed transporter.
Of course it wouldn't be right if I didn't try to set it up to look like the real truck so my photo shoot was done outside. (That and I didn't have anywhere big enough to take photos of it inside. icon_giggles ) Thanks to dad for lending me his photo shooting area.
I was lucky enough to have this finished just in time for the end of the year and the team's final season in supercars which adds an extra element to my model transporter matching their truck for their final year.
Now as you may know, I am friends with the truck driver of the real truck and I was able to meet up with him to not only show him my model but to take some pictures. I love the perspective and size difference between the model and the real truck and I am super proud of how it turned out.
I hope that you have enjoyed following along with the story behind my build of this transporter. There have been plenty of ups and downs but the end result has definitely been worth it.
