Looks sweet mate, great work on the back end. I'll bet today was tough! So far it's the longest 3 days i have done in a long time mate, as i came back, the Boss went on holidays, so it's up to me to open up, and do all the BS paperwork too.... roll on the Weekend.. Tonight was the first time i have felt like doing anything this week, so i got stuck into doing the wish-bones, some call them the upper A arms.. Started by trying to modify the originals..... turned out butt ugly. Next shot was to trace out where the important stuff needed to be, like the mounting point, which i used, and then the pick-up point for the spindle.. all in one piece... way better result, will clean them up tomorrow night and add some strengthening.

Those look much more "custom chassis-ish".
In keeping with the rear of the car, and project overall.
Really nice work sir.

Thanks guys, i have been slaving away on this one, so much scratch building, AND i could not decide on a color.... icon_whistle I went with Duplicolor Ginger Ale.... second guessed myself, went and brought 3 more colors but did not like any of them enough to change it, so Ginger Ale it is !! Drive line is a little darker, and the suspension parts are Duplicolor PETROLEUM, it is a pearl black/green.

Thank you guys very much, struggling a bit on this one after having a few weeks off it to build the Willys. Second guessing myself on color etc, but i just have to do it !! Might go with some gold Camaro stripes to accent the green, gold wheels might be the go too, as they need painting. icon_hmm_zps07rcoppf

Thanks Joe, but tonight was 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards. I got the front suspension sorted, stance is PERFECT !! But had to narrow the front wheels as they hit on everything. That was the easy part, then, then the sump hit on the ground, as i had made a larger one, to give it that racer look, so had to chop that off, then all the headers hit on the suspension, so that has to be done again.. TIME TO START AGAIN..

Coming along mate, when I slammed mine i had to judge how low the sump sat, I set up the suspension with the sump on the floor ! Really should get back to this one ! Had no trouble with headers, can you raise the block a tiny bit ?

RATS!!! That's a drag. Sometimes I wonder if it should be called "Cuss-tom" modeling. I'm sure you'll get it worked out though.
