Thanks guys.... still playing with this, thought id start on the chassis next. Only a slight adjustment to the ride height, its subtle, so nothing too low this time ... I wanted the top of the tyres to sit just inside the arches, back was easy but the front a bit more complicated. Ive always liked the look of just plain metal, like the rods you see with just a clear coat. So im trying it on the chassis, lots of details to add yet but its a start ! Im happy with this stance now too....

Thanks guys ! Well the 37 is on all 4s, the suspension is complete at least... Found the rad was too tall cos its lowered, so its been chopped ! But still freezing out so im just waiting to spray something now ! May have to wait till the weather warms up, hopefully not too long !

Looking forward to seeing it painted. If you can find the plasti-cote project enamels you could still get it painted mate. I've done this on days with no rain and wind in the past by warming everything up individually and giving it a fast spray before getting it back inside in the warm. Its not too bad a paint and touch dry in about 10 mins but needs about a week to harden enough for handling. the gold on my vw panel and my fergie tractor was done this way.

I wouldn't think so mate, tamiya is acrylic and plastikotes an enamel.
