Just an oddball topic but I thought I'd start this one to have a little fun like I have in a couple of other forums. Whatever you have in your stash that produces a "wow" factor whether it be cars, planes, watercraft or sci-fi let's see what you've got laying around. I'll kick this off by showing this jewel off. The BV-141 was probably one of the most unusual aircraft designs of the day simply because of its unusual layout. It was produced and found its way into a few units but never gained the notoriety that the Fw-189 did.
a few extra images to show a more clear picture of what you're lookin' at here:

Weirdest kit I can think of, top of my head, is this Hunchback of Notre Dame. Only reason I thought of it is I have been meaning to list this sucker on my eBay store and get rid of it - it creeps me out man!!! frantic

That plane certainly is odd. Tom, I agree with Joe, it glows in the dark!!! How bad can it be. He is an attractive fellow, that Hunchback, lol That Turbine kit is pretty awesome. I have one that I want to get the resin wagon body for. Just too stingy to pull the trigger. I don't have many odd kits. This is as odd as it gets. It's pretty old and it looks very easy to build just haven't gotten around to it. I would like to hang it somewhere in the shop when I get it done. I've thought about selling it so many times but once I start snapping pictures of it for eBay I change my mind and throw it back in the stash.

I actually had one of the Chrysler turbine models back in the day. Waaaay back, probably 55 years or more. I also had one of the blimps but never got it put together. Can't remember why not, just didn't. When I left home at 17, all the models I had, and there were several, boats, planes, and cars, all went to the dump.

I had all KINDS of Monogram aircraft built. You name it -I built it. If it was in WWII and Monogram manufactured a kit for it-I built it and then one day............I just decided I didn't want 'em anymore and threw them all away. I'd give dang near anything to have just one of those planes that I built back.
That Huey is totally AWESOME! I don't have a clue where I could display it but it's awesome!!!!
Les.....man you gotta give us more clues than that if were gonna guess! lol

Probably the oddest of ALL the kits I've seen since I started this thread on FSM and over at MCM almost two years ago was this one. It's not mine but it sure as hell falls into the weird category!!
