Here is my entry. This is one of my older builds, I built this in 2001, before this model STI was even available in Australian Subaru dealers. Straight OOTB. Tamiya white paint, about all I can remember. I was very proud of this model when I finished it, and still am. This model started the change in my building technique, and I think it still looks great 18 years later. Thanks for looking. Here's pics:

That is a very tidy build mate, especially being 18 years old.

Another superb build.
Could you please be more specific as to the "change in building technique"?
Everything I've ever seen of yours is ace. What were you doing, or not doing before this build?

Another superb build. Could you please be more specific as to the "change in building technique"? Everything I've ever seen of yours is ace. What were you doing, or not doing before this build? Thank you Sir, your words are too kind. So basically my technique change was a variety of things, such as filing seams off of parts before paint, using different types of glues, focusing on one area of the built at a time(work on interior until it's finished, then start on chassis, then engine, etc). Take the time to add small details to parts like head and tail lamps, grills, etc. This was all stuff that I didn't spend much time on prior.
But these days it all starts with me researching the car I am building- I usually spent a few hours cruising google and looking at the car in question, taking various screen shots of engine bays, interior, chassis, etc. -I've found doing this also really gets you keen to on the build!
