Got this one finished on the weekend.(thanks to a full weekend of bad weather).
Just wanted a simple build and this kit hit the spot!
Basic build, lowered around 8 scale inches. Paint is Tamiya Haze grey, with Pearl clear. Fleet spec White bumpers.
Red interior, which is just a dashboard, shifter and seat! Bit of weathering on the chassis. Windscreen was warped to hell, so had to make my own.
Although this kit is super basic, it really does result in a pretty good looking kerbside model. Here's pics:

That looks pretty cool Bruce!! I painted a 1:1 van just like this for a friend.It came out looking pretty good. I painted the top down to the belt line tan and the bottom half a bright orange.

That really does look great Bruce, and the stance does suit it, so do the colors. Nice easy builds always regenerate the modelling bug I find.. two-thumbs-up-smiley-emoticon |
