Alright guys, here's my entry. I started with the ever fantastic Revell '41 Willys gasser.
Swapped out the big slot wheels for some black steelies, with some narrower slicks. Turfed the Hemi(Sorry DeeCee) and replaced it with the tunnel rammed SBC from AMT's pro street '66 Nova. Carbs are from the parts box.
Also raised the front end a little higher. Paint is Ford Tropicana Green. I wanted this to look like a drag car run by a couple of lads who didn't have the sponsorship dollars of the big guys.
Here's pics:
And a couple extras!!

AND now you know why you can't sleep at night... Apart from that Bruce, a stunning looking build, and very true to what you wanted to build. And a great looking paint job too. icon_shoutout_zpsg7nrfmdc

I like that car a lot Bruce! Where'd you score the Edelbrock rocker covers and that grille from?

Joe, the Edelbrock covers are actually from the AMT '34 Ford Street rod kit (sorry, thought they were from the Nova, but the Nova has Weiand ones) The grille is the PE item out of the kit.

May have to pick that kit up just for those. lol . That's really cool that Revell supplied a PE grille for this. Didn't know they had it in there.

The kit is worth buying. So much good stuff in it. The grille, the straight axle, the slot mags. Plus it's a REALLY nice kit to put together.
