Thought id give you a little teaser as to my next project !
Id seen one of these for sale on ebay a few weeks back, but by the time id decided to buy one it had gone ! Kept looking around till another came up, and it should be on its way to the UK as we speak !
How cool is this, right... ? Its a 1938 Opel Admiral, as used during the war by German Officers. I know it has a straight 6, and the body is seperate pieces !
But hey it looks cool to me, so im gonna ROD it !
Not sure how yet, maybe a V8, red steelies and a lowering job, maybe (probably...) something more nutty, Pro Street anyone ?
Anyways i`ll show you some more pics when its here, should be fun eh ?

Saw a YouTube review on one of these yesterday, it looks very detailed ! Problem is the body assembles around the interior, separately , so I may try and see if I can assemble the whole body then fit it together... ? Certainly a weird looking thing, chassis is in 6 pieces too. You glue the centre crossmember ( similar to the 37 Ford with the holes in it ) to the floorpan, then build up the chassis around it ? So I might try assembling the chassis separately too...
Think there's loads of ways to build this, anyone else fancy getting one and having a build off ? We can put them on one thread if you like, see a few variations of it ??
