Well fellas! So far iv'e had no luck contacting Revell about replacement parts for the Charger. Tried submitting a parts request form a number of times already and all i get is an internal server error message.Tried calling their 800# and got recording saying its an invalid number.Iv'e just about lost my patience with them. I'll keep trying till the end of the week.Needless to say i won't be buying any more Revell kits.

Revell have new german owners mate. All the numbers and contacts on the boxes will be wrong now so you'll have to try contacting them through the revell.de website. I wouldn't hold out too much hope though, but a wanted request in the looking for section might get you the part you need

Revell isn't supplying spares until everything has been set up properly, had the same issue with my Charger parts. Give it some time, and they'll sort it out!

That is a real shame to read Leon. A friend here in Australia had a kit missing parts and Revell actually shipped them international to him. But as Stitch said, with the new owners, not sure what will happen. Keep at it.

It would help you tremendously if you had the link for the correct web site. www.revell.de/ It may take a little longer, but you should get what you need from them. I have heard of others ordering their parts and getting them in a few weeks or so.
