Started this one about 12 years ago and found it in the back of the wardrobe the other night so while I'm getting some of the stalled projects finished off will get this one done too. Started with the amt kit and the mods I can remember are drilled out the front cross member to make it race lightened, changed out the rims and tires as the kits ones where terrible, added a little detail to the fuel pump and drilled out the dissy cap and installed plug wires. Engine was built but since it was done so long ago wasn't happy with my work so stripped it down and dropped it into the oven cleaner to clean it up, also put the front engine cover in as it was chrome and will be painting it aluminum. Modified a set of parts box headers and have the valve cover done to accept the plug wires. The paint is 12 years old now and was painted duplicolor red and had a spare set of slixx k&s pitman decals so used them on this kit. Just needs a little touch up on the door hinges and a wash then will be giving it a coat of clear coat. Cheers and thanks for looking
