That's some crazy horsepower straight from the factory, absolutely beautiful designed charged too ! Man I want one, think there might just be a certain person in Australia that, after seeing this, might just sell his house, his valiant and his 300c to get one of these.... icon_giggles

I still remember the 90s when it took divine intervention to get 300hp.

I still remember the 90s when it took divine intervention to get 300hp. In the uk we had ford sierra and escort cosworths, 300hp was pretty easy to get from 2litre 4 pots

But i have a couple of mates who have already started looking into it though, they are doing the Drag Challenge" here in OZ this week-end. Engine is a monster for a factory set-up, but not a fan of the charger though.

I agree the charger is odd. Does not flow right or something

I like it, only problem is it's too high !
Looks like they bolted on big wheels, with spacers, to increase the width of the car. Then bolted on arches to cover the tyres. The arches are cool enough, bit like a Liberty Walk kit, but it just sits too high.
Imagine if you raised the arches up a few inches, and slammed the car, it would look incredible !
But this is a production car, so it's kept practical ! Must admit I can't stand the name though, an elephant might be powerful but it doesn't suit the image of going fast. An off road 4WD maybe, but not a performance car, certainly not a 1000hp one anyway !
Just my thoughts on it ! again... icon_whistle
