Are they resin? Ed Fluck does some very like those. If I mind on when I get home I'll have a look at the set I've got

they came in pinto vvagon ages ago and several others only recent is the petty dart and their deep or pinto hoping the aint old gap an roush

You can find those wheels in the AMT Parts Pack "Gasser Wheels and Tires" set.
