Hi guys !
I bought this a while ago now, i love the shape of the 55 Ford and this is a great kit, very well detailed ! Now im mainly looking at finishing my Audi powered 58 Chev first, but this will be progressing along as i get the time. Heres the body together, i bleached the chrome off the bumpers etc and added them, as i want them body coloured ! Plus a few bits n bobs, basic engine together, wheels n tyres (with Goodyear transfers !) and i extended the wheelie bars, hate the little short ones !
And for the Twist Ive decided on a different idea for this, Ive never seen one built before this way, so it should ( hopefully !) look pretty Koool ! ! More details as i get into the build....

Lookin' forward to this one Martin. Man I do like those Convo Pro's that Revell has with the five holes. TONS better than AMT's 4 hole version. Will be watching this one with great interest.

Thanks guys.... Bit of engine work next, ive run out of pre wired distributors so ive changed it up to an MSD style front mounted one ! Added HT leads, basic fuel lines and dechromed/painted the other bits... To be honest i dont know much about pro mod engines, im just copying pics off the internet !

Thought id let you know what the TWIST is with this build.... Or should i say the twisted chassis ? Like it or not, it does happen... It wont be painted as an original car, and im also adding a simple base, a bit of quarter mile !!

Cool idea!! Bet that was tough to destroy the body, but it definitely looks like a blow out to me!!
And with the rim damaged as well - IMPRESSIVE
