That looks like a good kit Ken. I don't think I've ever seen a kit molded in that color.

My goodness, that fitment is very ordinary, but i'm sure plenty of putty will fix it.

Its a rerelease of an old kit mate possibly by frog originally, I think its one of those moulds that float around the smaller model companies getting reused again and again. They do some 50s racers too and they are just as bad, though could be a source for a track nose on a hot rod. I'm sure you'll make something out of this though.
