Well I'm finally calling it done just to get it off the bench. I was seriously running out of space and I didn't want the pearl paint getting scratched. The paint is very pale blue with a gold pearl in the clear. I did the centre of the grille, the wheels and the stereo eqipment gold to match. The door panels are scratchbuilt from plastic sheet and the engine is a 528 pro charged hemi from clearly scale. It would probably have fitted better is it wasn't 1/24 but a careful cutting of the hood solved that.

MAN that is TOUGH!! Sits perfectly, and the paint turned out just sweet mate.
I like the way you filled in the engine bay with the front half of a bonnet. (hood).
And i just love the size of that engine too.

I don't think I've ever seen an old Charger like that sitting that low before. An unusual but catchy stance. Love the work on the motor and how you got it in there Les. Has an aggressive yet cool overall look to it.

Cheers guys, I'm just glad to get it off the bench. I completely ran out of space during assembly and the truck bed was the only place i could set it on its wheels. Hope to have another couple of stalled builds completed around the end of next week. I've got one of those pre painted amt 300c just waiting on its lights and bumpers, the pick up, a couple of tractors (i'll be getting more of them, great kits) and I've pulled the 48 woody out again.
