Hey all, whist sitting at the bench, what, if any music do you listen to?
I normally just put Spotify on and let the tunes play. Currently I'm listening to Powderfinger.
Post what up what you like listening to and give me some inspiration. icon_whistle icon_drum_zps4hmvpn40

I usually listen to the voices inside my head arguing with each other. Other than that, I sometimes listen to Oldies, 60's and 70's or TV tunes.

Ipod on shuffle with everything from Del Shannon and Beatles thru to Foo Fighters. Talking books make for a change occasionally.

I like to listen to classic rock from the 70s-80s,oldies from the 60s and heavy metal. All the music i grew up with. That's a good mix Leon. If my mood is there I will listen to The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, the oldies as you put it, I say classics. When music sounded different. I usually listen to the voices inside my head arguing with each other. Other than that, I sometimes listen to Oldies, 60's and 70's or TV tunes. So do I Mike, I even argue back sometimes. I was in the shed the other day talking to myself a about a part, turned around and the is the wife with a perplex look on her face. I usually watch all the motorsport from around the world, as i have set up my house so i can see the TV in the lounge room from my model desk.. ( no Mrs to change channels on me) You are right, there is something strangely satisfying with the sound of horsepower. Ipod on shuffle with everything from Del Shannon and Beatles thru to Foo Fighters. Talking books make for a change occasionally. Good mix. I couldn't listen to books, I read one page and I'm asleep, so listening to them would be dangerous. Ah, man, i grew up (sort of) in scotland so I started by getting into ac/dc then when puberty hit those parental advisory stickers appealed to me so now (i'm 41) I listen to rap music. Most of it is us based but theres a surprising amount of uk and aussie in there. Nice, I've always liked aussie hip hop. Hilltop, flume, the herd to name a few. Let me know if you need any more aussie stuff.

I'm normally a metal head (Anthrax, Strapping Young Lad, Avatar...) but just can't relax (or not speed) to that kind of music, so it is more relaxing stuff for me, Emerson Lake and Palmer, Kraftwerk, Pink Floyd, Jade Warrior, Peter Gabriel, and now with Amazon Echo whatever pops in my head and its hands free, now if my little air brush compressor and paint booth were silent....Would be bliss.
