Looks like a fun project Will! Nice scratch work on the bed. Not gonna lie, that bed is way beyond my skill level. I found it on eBay and it got my mind already building it before I even had the truck. |

I have had it painted for a couple of weeks now but not very happy with the turn out. It was supposed to be a deep blue pearl but it’s dam near purple. So I’m tempted to strip it down and repaint it white with a blackout package concept with a tan interior. I have found some wheels for it and tires but haven’t ordered them yet. Haven’t decided to turn it into a 4x4 or leave it 2wd, also depends on how the wheels and tires fit when I order them. I’ll try to post some pics of this blue/purple this weekend. Any tips or suggestions are always welcome. I will be going through spare parts this weekend too, hopefully find some goodies to add.

Slam it mate, they look awesome that way, i've done a few that way and love the look,...
as for the paint, add some blue to the color and give it another top cote,
don't strip it, there is no need, use the color on there as a sound base, just block it back a bit with some 1000 grit.
