Made a start on this one for over winter and will get the basic paint work done ready for assembly. Found a set of fred cady hustlin hemi decals last week and pulled out the revell special edition dodge dart kit out, cleaned up the body which was really nice. All that needed doing is scribing all the panel lines deeper so they didnt get lost under the paint. Gave it a primer coat of duplicolor and then a few coats of hugger orange which was the cars color from research that I have done not that there is alot out there. Will give it another couple of coats in the next couple of days, then will paint the engine bay white as on the 1:1 car. Will be using the original rims supplied with the kit but will be loose until I can find a set of cragers from somewhere and swapped out the original front tires with a set of pro tracs from one of the 64 dodge 330 super stock kits.
