I envy all of you guys with real workspaces. I have a folding table I use to work on anywhere I find a spot, and a Stanley toolbox for my tools, etc. My unbuilt kits sit in a large underbed drawer in the guest room, and my paint booth is in the basement with my tools and emergency supplies. Needless to say, the parts monster loves me. Ah, but an advantage to not having a permanent space is that you have to clean up your mess periodically. Mine almost never gets straightened up.

Great set up Sharp, I like the stash. I see you have a thing for the Willys kits, as do I.

I cant seem to find the pics of my work space so these will have to do for now. I have an old computer desk which may be getting changed for something very special soon. We'll all have to wait and see if it happens but I think it could be perfect..... Until/if that happens my desk will have to do. It still has the tray for the keyboard which is no use for tools, however it fits the little tins of paint well. I plan on fitting drawers or shelves if the other bench falls through. The cutting matt i have is the a1 size but I seem to just use it to gather crap, and do my cutting on the desk. I have this set up in my front room and other than a couch and a chair, it is nothing more than a workshop now. I also have a antique telephone table that I tried to sell, but nobody wanted it so it is now in my bathroom with a fridge box on top and used as my spray area. The area around my feet tends to get just as cluttered as the desk too as I rarely build using one kit so they have to be near at hand. As for my kit stash, they are piled up on and around a shelf near to my desk. My desk has only been neat for about 2 hours when i first set it up, and there is always at least 1 model being built on it. This is how it currently looks with my muscle car build blocked out This must have been the first kit built on this desk, look how new that mat is and how tidy it is, lol as you can see from the backgrounds, it is a mess of tools, parts, paints and various random bits. Somewhere on the desk I have tools I have long forgotten so its a nice surprise to find em, but thats usually after buying a new one. (done that with kits too, lol)
