Great idea! I had a similar idea, but was going to use 2 Slant Sixes. Looking forward to watching this develop.

Thanks Steve would definitely like to see you start a twin slant set up and thanks Dale the old slant is a very under estimated motor especially to those that haven't owned one before

Awesome!! I had dreams of a built up 225 in an old Barracuda that I used to own when I was a kid after I saw a 65 Valiant with one in it that ran low 13's.

Thanks Joe I also had a friend with a slant that did 14 flat in a 65 valiant which got me into mopar's, was a one eyed ford guy before that, but haven't looked back after buying my first chrysler, which was a 1966 vc valiant with slant six and auto on the column. Had that one for approx 20 years and surprised many a v8 and late model sixes before I bought my v8 version which here in australia are rare and getting thin on the ground. Thanks for the link Steve, have enough trouble with one engine never mind trying to squeeze in two.

DeeCee I still own a Slant running a four barrel Holley, Sig Erson cam and extractors and yeah they have plenty of get-up and go when you ask it of them!! It's my toy.
This is on my watch list for sure Steve .... big-drooling-smiley-emoticon Cheers TJ

Mate had a 225 slant in an AP5 with cam , twin carbs and extractors. This thing was bullet proof and I say that as Ron killed many a motor as he drove cars harder than any person I have met. He could not kill this thing. I was a holden man through and through but man I drove that thing every chance I got !

Thanks Les funny you should say that as we are now making a long runner 4 barrel manifold here in australia, that is also made to accept a supercharger, they are called Aussiespeed Hurricane manifold and Aussiespeed is now one of the largest manufactures in the world producing slant 6 performance products.

You get all the fun stuff down your way, sun, billet blocks to build 1000hp 4 pot nissans, ls v12s, what would be a econo car in the uk you get with a v8 and we got left with the rust. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if they still transported criminals I would definately rob a bank

That looks cool. Would have been a few Aussie dragsters in the early days running them no doubt.

The size of that blower dwarfs the mighty "Leaning Tower of Power" mate...
Color looks good too Steve.

Thanks Dale and Joe for the comments this one is a bit slow going as its territory Im not too familiar with. Dale was thinking of possibly going the turbo route using the way you built up those ones on the boat and using one of those pieces you sent to me so may make up both set ups (turbo and supercharged) and see which one grabs me
