I owned one of these trucks once. Drove it for thirteen years every day. Never let me down. One of the best vehicles I ever owned. Only problem was it didn't like to pass a gas station. Used gas like crazy which was strange for a 350 2 bbl.

I like the way you think in regards to the stance. My dad had one of these with a 235 in line 6 cylinder with a "3 on the tree". He had an old 8 track player mounted to the bottom of the dash with an old worn out Charley Pride tape in it with only one speaker in the middle of the dash. I don't know how many years he had that thing but when he sold it, it still had that 8 track player with the Charley Pride tape in there...................and yes..........it still worked. lolololol. I still remember every single song on that tape 40 years later. |

Thanks and yes I Remember the on I learned to drive had a 8 track in it also OK little up date got real springs added then I lowered truck as low as I can without frame mods,so I cut down springs and the holders and our good friend Paul has same size wheels that's in back of truck so I will but them on front   |

Yes sir had to paint it fast as I'll be going out of town to Georgia then Texas to visit last time I went to Texas I came home in a coma so I hope It all goes well 😞 it will be a tan inside
