Freakin' AWESOME! It's hard to believe that used to be the craze aint it? Oh, they were like this. The 70s were weird. Cars had Gabriel High Jacker Air Shocks, N50 15s in the back with either Cragars S/S or US/ET Mags, Thrush or Cherry Bomb Glass Packs, Hedman, Casler. Or Hooker Hedders, Cal Custom steering wheels, shifter knows and inside door handles, Cal Custom pinstriping, Fog lights, CB Radios, and most cars had aftermarket am/fm/8track stereos with big speakers and graphic equalizers. Under the hoods were usually cheap chrome air cleaners and valve covers on the motors. One think all the cars had in common. Kids who owned them beat the snot out of them

Oh boy, does this set-up bring back memories. Had a bunch of friends with the Crager S/Ss all-way around...L-60s in the rear (50 profiles weren't made yet).. Street raced my '71 T/A against other production cars so a lot of my money was spent keeping the car in optimum tune....good tires , etc. Always preferred the lowered look. I had a 76 T/A 455 where I lowered and stuffed G50s all the way around. Had to have the fenders rolled to fit the tires. In my later years, I love to stop light drag the kids in the 5.0 Mustangs with my '98 Cadillac Eldorado Touring Coupe. FWD with Traction control....I would 60' them all the time and never look back. Slid in a Mozart disc then put both hands on the wheel... And when the light turns green...floorboard it and let the electronics do the rest....quite embarrassing for the kid with his shiny 5.0.... You may want to loop a few strands of wire from the rear air shocks to the rear bumper... Some were to lazy to route the plastic air lines properly and just let them hang...lolo I remember the Pete Jackson gear drives.....anybody remember the gear whine of the straight cut gears in a M-22 "Rockcrusher" 4-speed..
