Some may remember this from that other site. I started this last year. It is a recreation of a car I saw at a car show near my house about 4 years ago. I found out that this car was a time capsule. It was shuttered up in a barn for over 25 years. It was built in the 70s and raced as you see it in the real picture. It does not have a HEMI in it as the decal states on the top front of the door but it does have its original numbers matching engine and trans, a 383 4 speed. I just had to try this. Since I got into making my own axles, leaf springs, shocks and mounts etc for all of the suspension stuff I wanted to try to duplicate this strange car. Its been a tedious ongoing task but it is just about done. Enjoy the pictures. Chas. The real Deal, My take on this in model form,

That is out of the ordinary but the challenge was in replicating it..........in which you're doing a terrific job of doing.
