I'll start with the bus. Its the hasegawa kit done as an old slammed van. Other than the wheels and slamming it is box stock. I need to do some more weathering on the soft top before its ready to assemble, This one is all brush painted
Next we have a slightly more involved pick up. Again its a hasegawa kit but I've added the ladders and lift from the heller delaheye fire truck. As is expected it has also been slammed but this will have porsche 968cs wheels. It will probably not be fire truck as I dont have any blue lights so maybe a window cleaner or builders truck thats been slammed and taken on the vw show circuit I have yet another vw bug I haven't shared yet but as you can see my bench is getting pretty packed but i guess having 5 builds on the go at once will do that, lol

Cool projects Les.
Haven't seen the window van from Hasegawa. Very cool.
That fire apparatus is huge.
Liking your ideas.
Carry on sir....

I was hoping to get the truck and bug van painted today but the air is too damp. But my weathering pencils arrived today so I'm going to play with them before trying them on the 23 window

Nice work on the outriggers Les. Really dig the step bumper too.
As Johnny Carson would say, "Wild wild stuff."
Carry on sir....

Both are looking amazing. Outriggers are a really nice touch and add a lot of realism.

The ladder truck is painted, I did the roof white just for a little bit of difference. I'll look out some decals and then get it ready for clear. I painted the front white befoe I did the red so I didn't need to worry about the vw badge, just a light sand and was white again

I've had to strip the pick up. I had it in the box with the 57 bug and the gorilla glue gel I used on the bug has fogged up the glass and clear. I've never had the glue I used on something else bugger up the paint and glass before. I can only guess the glue has a lot more fumes than I thought it did. I'm seriously thinking about chucking it in if something doesn't work for me soon. I dont think I've had any models work out for me in the last 6 months and its really grating on my nerves. Might try a simple curbside and see if goes any better
