I've built a few of these over the last five years or so.. One of my previous builds, shows modified sides, cutaway with portholes, full height body and windscreen. But with the latest one, using the sports windscreen, short surf board, roof rack and hearse short roof all supplied in the kit. I cut down/lowered the sides and added home printed 'woody' decals.. The display came in the kit box.

Nice, it looks much more together with the lower sides

Cheers stitchdup. yes a cross between the original 'Hearse' and the 'Roadster' versions.

What happened to this member? Trouble with his login, as a last resort I deleted it to see if rejoining fixes the problem. Nothing else I've tried has worked

These are really cool. I too like the "chopped" versions. The proportions seem better. I really like the displays too.

Thanks mmthrax. Yes I thought the vehicle was too tall and when you get various 'extra parts' why not use them to create something different. Also the display coming in the box all helps.
